Early Childhood Groups
NURSERY - A staffed nursery is provided at AMC on Sunday's beginning at 9:45 AM for infants through 2 year olds.
PRE-SCHOOL - 2 and 3 year olds who are potty-trained participate in their own worship time which includes singing, crafts, games and other age appropriate activities while their family members are in worship at 10:00 AM, Sundays at AMC.
KINDERGARTEN - 4 and 5 year olds have their own worship time including Bible lessons, prayer and praise. Their lesson is taught using crafts, games and interaction with their teacher. All of this begins each Sunday at 10:00 AM.
Elementary
1st through 5th graders participate and are given the opportunity to learn and lead in "JC Rocks," the children's worship time--10:00 AM Sundays. Following worship they are divided into two age appropriate classes for "Basics 252" which consists of Bible study, learning activities, games and more. "Basics 252" comes from Luke 2:52 which serves as a model for teaching the young people. The two age groups are:
1st and 2nd grades
3rd through 5th grades
Jr. & Sr. High Groups
"REFUEL" - On the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at AMC the Jr. High and Sr. High leave the worship center following the praise time for their own group lesson. Jr. High is 6th through 8th grades. Sr. High is 9th through 12th grades.
New for the Fall of 2011 will be a monthly luncheon and small group time to discuss Sunday's topic and a monthly service project. Social events will be scheduled at these activities.
